 Many businesses in Nigeria, including online entrepreneurs, are not  registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). They perform transactions  using unregistered business and receive payment with their personal bank accounts. It is very important for  all businesses to register their companies to take advantage of Government loan/grants and avoid statutory penalties.
