    1. calculation of Directors Tax is based on the channel by which the Directors receive payments from the Company.

    2. If the Directors are on the Company's Payroll and receive Salaries, then their Salaries are subjected to PAYE applying the Personal Income Tax progressive scale.

    3. If the Directors are not on Payroll and do not receive Salaries, but collects Director's fees, then the Director's Fees are subjected to WHT of 10%. The Company will deduct this before paying the Director's fees and then remit the WHT deducted to the Relevant tax Authority. I guess that should e the State Tax Board. These should apply to Directors' Remuneration

    4. Finally, If the Directors are on Payroll and still receives DIRECTORS FEES/REMUNERATIONS then PAYE will apply to the SALARIES and WHT will apply to the DIRECTOR'S FEES.
